Shipping rates for all products sold by The Glass Block Supply Company (GBS) are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found in the Additional Information section of each product page. Transit times depend on your area and accessibility.

  • UPS Ground – Orders typically weighing less than 250 pounds.
  • Common Carrier – Orders typically weighing over 250 pounds shipped on a pallet via common carrier. Shipping charges will include residential delivery fees and lift gate fees to lower pallet to curb level. You will be notified by the common carrier to arrange a delivery time. No inside deliveries will be made.

NOTE: You may incur additional accessorial fees for over-sized/extreme length or limited access at delivery.

Accepting Delivery via Common Carrier – PLEASE READ

The Glass Block Supply Company will notify you via email that your order has shipped and provide a tracking number along with photos that show how your order has left our facility. When your delivery is made it should look no different than the pictures you were sent from GBS. If it does not, please take several pictures from all four sides of the pallet at the time of delivery.

<3h>Damaged Shipments

You are required to inspect for any visible damages or shortage of material. It will need to be noted on the Bill of Lading (shipping document you will be asked to sign) before you sign for your delivery. You must contact Customer Service within 72 hours. See Refund Policy.

This notation is necessary to process a claim for incurred shipping charges and damaged or missing material with the carrier. No refunds can be made to the purchaser until the carrier has approved our claim and has issued a Glass Block Supply refund for your shipment. Please take several pictures from all four sides of the pallet at the time of delivery.

Broken, Defective or Missing Material

It is not necessary to refuse shipments due to broken, defective or missing items. You must notify Customer Service within 72 hours should this happen. Emailing pictures of broken block or defective material will be necessary before replacement items can be shipped to you. You may receive a Return Merchandise Authorization to return these products.  See Refund Policy.
