Refund Policy

Prior authorization is needed to return any applicable product within 30 days of receiving your order.
Product received damaged or missing in shipping must be reported within 72 hours. See Shipping Policy.

Return Policy

  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Items are to be unused and in resalable condition.
  • A copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization Form will be included in your return.
  • Only full cases of applicable glass block will be accepted for returns with exception of the Double End glass block unit.
  • Return shipping charges are at the expense of the purchaser.
  • Shipping charges are only refunded for those that are damaged and returns are requested or were shipped in error.

Your return will be inspected upon receipt of your package. Notification will be sent to you via email with the status of your return.

Standard returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt, with exception to damaged or shorted merchandise via a common carrier.  See Shipping Policy.

The refunded amount will be applied to the same credit card used as payment of the original order. A detailed statement will be emailed to you upon completion of the return.


May be returned in the original packaging only.

Panels and Windows

All Panel and Windows are custom made and, therefore, are not returnable. Be certain you are ordering the correct size and please verify all finishing sizes prior to placing order. All sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

Glass Block

Any Imperial glass block stocked in our warehouse is returnable. Non-stocked special ordered glass block is non-refundable. Special ordered glass block include some Basic Line, all Design Line, and some of the Technology Line.

Hard to Find Glass Block

All sales final. No warranty applies.

Cancellation or Changes to an Existing Order

Orders cannot be changed or canceled online. Please contact Customer Service for assistance. Because orders fill very quickly, the window for cancellations or changes is extremely short. Custom-built panel and window orders can only be canceled or changed if you reach us before the production of your order.
